Mr. Mikhail Baynes is a Partner for Andersen Trinidad and Tobago. He has more than Eighteen (18) Years Accounting, Financial, Business, Sales and Marketing experience serving Small, Medium and Large Businesses in Trinidad & Tobago, Regionally and Internationally. Mikhail is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a registered Chartered Accountant with Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago.

Mikhail serves as the Affiliate Advocate for the ACCA Caribbean Local Chapter in Trinidad and Tobago, supporting ACCA members, students, and affiliates in developing and advancing the accountancy profession in the region.

Mr. Baynes has been mentored by best-selling author Bob Burg and category-creating CMO John Digles, focusing on marketing and leadership.
